Lavender Tea Spritz
For the simple syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 bags of lavender tea (any variety)
Bring the sugar to a boil and then simmer, add lavender tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes or until the liquid thickens
Strain and cool
Flower ice cubes:
For maximum clarity, use with distilled water
Place edible flowers into ice tray and cover with water
Freeze
For the cocktail:
2 oz vodka or rum or gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz lavender simple syrup (or more to taste)
Ice
