Petal Bark

Make up to a week ahead

  • white Chocolate
  • Food coloring
  • Edible flowers
  • Vanilla, lavender or rose extract
  • Sprinkles

It’s very customizable to your needs!

  1. Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler, until fully smooth, stirring continually.
  3. Mix the extract to taste, we recommend about 2 teaspoons.
  4. Mix in the food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
  5. Spread chocolate in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle edible flowers and colorful sugar
  7. Let it fully cool and harden, in the fridge or on the counter.
  8. Break chocolate into pieces.
